Sustainable growth is definitely not an easy task.
While the members are signing up on a more frequent level and with the goal to open more chapters internationally, we find that the incomming business quiries has peaked. As responsible for People and Culture, Manal will be the spot on to battle the balance and exceed the member service offer.
